The Hargreeves siblings are back in all their splendor and with one small problem that haunts them.

If you haven’t watched The Umbrella Academy yet, or if you want to remember the characters with the first season, you can take a look at The Umbrella Acedemy Review.

How did the first season end? Yes, the Hargreeves had brought the end of the world. No, we can’t put all the blame on Vanya. With Five‘s last-minute move, the brothers had survived the apocalypse by sailing into the last-minute unknown.

The second season begins with the arrival of Five, one of the brothers who traveled to different time zones between 1960 and 1963, in America in 1963. It is not difficult for Five to find his other siblings, who encounter tanks while searching for his brothers. Five, who found his brothers before the Earth was destroyed as a result of nuclear war, managed to escape at the last minute ten days before the apocalypse, and Five must find his brothers as soon as possible.

As you can see, the Hargreeves siblings, who narrowly escaped the apocalypse in 2019, manage to carry the apocalypse with them to 1963. I think it’s their second greatest achievement ever. The first was in 2019.

Five‘s (Aidan Gallagher) case is clear. Gather the team, prevent the apocalypse, return home. If we look at the brothers, each of whom is left alone by traveling to different times; -may contain minor, nasty spoilers-Luther (Tom Hopper) has made his way into the fight market with his hefty stature, Diego (David Castaneda) hangs out in a mental institution, while Allison (Emmy Raver-Lampman) is part of the fight for black rights. Vanya (Ellen Page) lives on a quiet farm. Klaus! Klaus (Robert Sheehan) as we know it.

Since we mentioned the team, we can evaluate the second season. First of all, we can say that it is better in terms of visual effects compared to the first season and we can eliminate this issue. After the success of the first season, obviously the budget was increased and more effort was made. Joining the cast in the second season, Lila (Ritu Arya) becomes a mini team with Diego. Cha-Cha and Hazel, who did not give the brothers comfort last season, in a way, leave their duties to the brothers Axel (Kris Holden-Ried), Otto (Jason Bryden) and Oscar (Tom Sinclair), who are known as the Swedes (The Swedes). The Umbrella Academy, which emerged with the music choices in the first season, continues this success in the second season. You can access the music in the series on The Umbrella Academy playlist.

With the effect of his journey to the past, many dark points are also illuminated about the siblings and Sir Reginald Hargreeves’s past in the new season. In addition, it would not be wrong to say that the Hargreeves, a disorganized family with their troubled relationships at the beginning of the first season, are learning to be a family again with the second season. Is it watchable? I loved the first season and was eagerly awaiting the second season. That’s why I started watching this question without asking myself this time. If you have already reached this part of the article, you probably watched the first season. We can continue The Umbrella Academy with season two.

I would appreciate it if you would indicate the parts you see missing or wrong in the article and your views on The Umbrella Academy in the comments.
